As CEO, have completed 13 rounds of financing totaling $300M of equity and $50M of debt.  Similar work and results have been achieved as Executive Coach by assisting key executives in developing & delivering presentations materials with precise targeting. 


Planned road show logistics for target audiences,  prepared data room and full due diligence support systems.

 

Managed the process of generating multiple competitive offers.  Each of the above rounds had an average of 3 term sheets.  

Development of Leadership Skills & Assessment of Executive Team and Board

Alignment of CEO and Board objectives to ensure a coordinated focus on exit strategy or "build to hold strategy."  Have led Board wide interventions to achieve alignment of disparate investor goals.

Use of an international mosaic of "checkerboard patents" to protect the business and create competitive insulation while concurrently optimization company valuation.  

Business Valuation Determination

Use extensive market research tools, comparables and 5 year discount cash flow (DCF) analyses to determine an accurate valuation.  

 

Work with investors (on both the buy side and sell side), to determine a proper valuation for investment, M&A or partnership agreeement. 

M&A and Business Development

Map out, analyze and target strategic opportunities, assess levels of accretion and cost of capital.


Evaluate opportunities for financial and strategic synergies as well as redundancies that can be eliminated/addressed.

 

Represent client companies in both selecting and working with banking team and/or placement agents along with proper legal representaion.  

Corporate Branding and Search Engine Optimization

 

Establishment of “brand personality” and core elements of differentiation for the business.  

 

Fluency in the use all web enabled social media/marketing tools to articulate and broadcast image/brand and reach the "targeted audience."  

 

Ensure "top of mind" brand recognition via search engine optimization (SEO) tools.
